Information we collect
When you contact SOL or submit photos, we may receive your name, email address, event attended, submitted files, and the message you provide. We use this information to respond, review submissions, and operate SOL events.
Photo submissions
Submitted photos are reviewed before publication. By checking the permission box, you confirm you own or took the photos and allow SOL Day Party to publish them on its website and social channels. Contact team@soldayparty.com to request removal.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent, we use Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and TikTok analytics to measure site visits and actions such as RSVP, social, email, and photo-submission clicks. If you decline, those optional tracking scripts are not loaded.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email-delivery, ticketing, analytics, and social-media providers to operate the site. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies.
